Someone came up with an idea for a JCAHO post: where you can comment on any violations. Actually, it would help keep the hospital honest, and it would help the patients, and isn't that the whole idea of healthcare?Rather than just cleaning up messes, and pencil-whipping the forms at the last minute, wouldn't it be novel to be doing it right all the time?
